Tasting Notes:

Lemon zest, pear skin and quinine on the nose, along with a subtle floral top note. Juicy and tightly focused, offering lively citrus and orchard fruit flavors and hints of tarragon and ginger. The floral note repeats on a long, spicy finish that shows fine definition and energetic cut.
