Jespersen Ranch, Edna Valley

Our 2011 Albariño is a crisp, Spanish white varietal that comes from the esteemed Jesperson Ranch, in the Edna Valley appellation. Albariño showcases aromas of nectar, white floral blossom & honey while stone fruit such as peach and nectarine dance on the palette.

The ‘11 Albariño is a beautiful warm-weather wine, that pairs nicely with capers, sea salt, and savory, rosemary-based dishes. Best served slightly chilled. This wine is ready to drink now, but it can also be cellared for 1-2 years.
