Jespersen Ranch, Edna Valley

The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing, dry white wine that bursts of green apple and citrus. The grapes come entirely from Jespersen Ranch, located in the Edna Valley appellation, southwest of San Luis Obispo.

An ideal warm-weather wine, the '10 Sauv Blanc pairs well with Honey Bee Cheese imported from Holland and fresh salads with citrus vinaigrettes. Best served chilled. This wine is ready to drink now, but it can also be cellared for 1-2 years.
