Spanish Springs Vineyard, San Luis Obispo

 Our 2013 Albariño is a popular, Spanish white varietal that comes from Spanish Springs Vineyard, in the San Luis Obispo appellation. Like previous vintages, this crisp white wine has a great level of acidity that highlights aromas of white floral blossom & honey while stone fruit such as peach and nectarine dance on the palette. 

The ‘13 Albariño is an excellent warm-weather wine, that pairs well with fresh fish and seafood as well as savory poultry and a wide variety of artisan cheeses. This varietal is best served slightly chilled.
