Spanish Springs Vineyard, San Luis Obispo

Our 2015 Pinot Grigio is harvested from the Spanish Springs Vineyard in San Luis Obispo. Nicely acidic with lovely characteristics of green apple and lemon zest. Best served chilled at approximately 56 degrees. This wine is ready to drink now, and is best to consume within 1 year.
