Jespersen Ranch, Edna Valley
Our 2012 Albariño is a crisp, Spanish white varietal that comes from the esteemed Jespersen Ranch, in the Edna Valley appellation. Located on the northwestern side of Edna Valley, Jespersen Ranch is generally colder than other Edna Valley vineyards with soil that allows for minimal irrigation and in turn helps produce balanced, rich wines. Our Albariño showcases aromas of nectar, white floral blossom & honey while stone fruit such as peach and nectarine dance on the palette.
The ‘12 Albariño is a beautiful warm-weather wine, that pairs nicely with savory, rosemary-based dishes. Best served slightly chilled. This wine is ready to drink now, but it can also be cellared for a year or so.
