Jespersen Ranch, Edna Valley

Our 2010 Chardonnay is a crisp, Chablis-style white from the esteemed Jespersen Ranch outside of San Luis Obispo. With a floral nose and hints of stone fruit and caramel, this Chard has a crisp beginning where citrus zest awakes the palette. Butterscotch, vanilla and caramel linger with a buttery soft finish.

A nice warm-weather wine, the 2010 Chardonnay pairs nicely with white meats, seafood, Asian cuisine & gourmet cheeses and is best served chilled. This wine is ready to drink now, but it can also be cellared for 1-2 years.
