Diamond JEM Vineyard, Westside Paso Robles

The 2012 vintage of our Diamond JEM Cab Sauv is a fruit-forward wine with a ruby red color and moderate tannins. There are hints of black cherry, spice & tobacco. The grapes come entirely from the Diamond JEM Vineyard in the Westside Paso Robles appellation. The old vines are meticulously hand-trained to ensure maximum quality. 

This is a food-friendly wine that pairs well with a juicy steak, a burger and fries or nice pasta. You can shelve this wine for 5-7 years or open and drink it immediately. We recommend decanting the Cab for 30 minutes.
