As always, we bring to you a beautiful Bordeaux Style Blend from the Adelaida District AVA in West Paso Robles and it's just in time for the holidays. Grown by proprietor, Bill Kesselring, through his farming company, KVCS, and blended by both he and his and Peloton's GM, Trish Kesselring.

AVA: Paso Robles (Adelaida District)

Blend: 75% Field blend of Cab Sauv, Petite Verdot, & Cab Franc and 25% barrel select Merlot

Hand Harvested: Field Blend mid Oct, Merlot late Sept

Yeast: 100% native

Barrel Regime: ~ 22 months

Bottled: Aug 17, 2023

Alcohol: 14.9%

Production: 90 cases

The 2021 growing season in Paso Robles presented steady temperatures with a few heat spikes. Merlot harvested late September and our field blend of Cab Sauv, Petite Verdot, & Cab Franc harvest a few weeks later in mid October. After attentive aging in barrel for approximately 22 months a beautiful blend was created by both Bill and Trish.
